Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Ignite-gt.com and all titles, characters, names, graphics and icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Ignite-gt.com. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos herein are the property of their respective owners.

Payment

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is specially ordered and manufactured. We only accept PayPal Secure payment this time.

Returns

Special orders cannot be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. All returns must be authorized and approved by Ignite-gt.com and is subject to a 25% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Ignite-gt.com in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Please insure that product is very well packaged. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Ignite-gt.com. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Warranty and Liability
Items sold by Ignite-gt.com may not be legal for street use in all states, provinces, territories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable transportation laws. All products sold by Ignite-gt.com are sold “as is” to the customer. Ignite-gt.com does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Ignite-gt.com are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Buyer also understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Ignite-gt.com is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Ignite-gt.com will not be responsible for your own actions. Ignite-gt.com is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, act of nature, labour disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Ignite-gt.com. The Buyer understands that all products require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labour your body shop and or paint shop charges. The Buyer understands Ignite-gt.com are not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees or incurred damages for bringing vehicle to a body shop for installation, paint and or body modifications.

Installation of Aerodynamics

All aerodynamic products are manufactured with excellent quality material. Some of the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with aftermarket body kit experience performs the installation. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled, professional body shops install and paint any kit for factory or show quality look. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered with pictures to be approved by Ignite-gt.com for return.

Defective Products
All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments may be necessary. These are normal bodywork and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, all Ignite-gt.com aerodynamic products are professionally hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as small bubbles and hairline-crack are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return.

Shipping and Backorders
Ignite-gt.com tries to maintain a good inventory level in order to prevent backorders. If product is in stock, it may be shipped within 48 hours; most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive to its destination. In the case that there is a backorder, wait time may be up to 6 weeks. There will be a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. No Cancellation will be allowed if product is already shipped.

Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Have the driver sign it as verification of defective merchandise. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Ignite-gt.com customer service within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. The damage claim needed to be filled directly with the transport company and not with Ignite-gt.com. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. Ignite-gt.com is NOT responsible for damaged products.

Shipping Errors
If the buyer receives an incorrect item due to Ignite-gt.com error, the buyer must inform and call Ignite-gt.com within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact our staffs for details.

Typographical Errors

We are not responsible for any typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Ignite-gt.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ignite-gt.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
